Who is responsible
Phasevia is the data controller. Privacy contact: privacy@phasevia.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, work email, company, role and message. Newsletter: your email address, preferred language and the time you gave consent. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking on this website.
Why, and on what basis
We use contact details to answer your message (your request, GDPR art. 6.1.b) and newsletter details to send you the newsletter (your consent, art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email.
Where it is stored
On Google Cloud in Madrid (EU). If we forward your message by email, our email delivery provider processes it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Contact messages for up to two years after our last exchange. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only a record of the unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing privacy@phasevia.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
